Cape Town
Your arrival at Cape Town International Airport includes a transfer to your hotel in the city center. After settling in, you have the afternoon and evening free to do what you'd like. The V&A Waterfront is close by if you want to walk around and grab something to eat, or you could head to a viewpoint to catch Table Mountain at sunset if the weather cooperates.

Cape Town
Breakfast comes first, then you'll take the cable car up Table Mountain for views of the city and coastline. From there, your guide takes you through the colorful Bo-Kaap neighborhood with its distinctive painted houses, then to Company's Garden and Castle of Good Hope. By late afternoon, you'll be back in the city center for a final walk through the shops and streets before heading to dinner.

Cape Peninsula
After breakfast, you'll drive along the coast toward Hout Bay and Chapman's Peak Drive, which winds through mountains with steep drops to the ocean. The drive itself is worth the time. You'll stop at Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve to see where two oceans meet at Cape Point, then head to Boulders Beach to see the African penguin colony up close. The drive back to Cape Town gives you time to relax before dinner.

Cape Winelands
This day focuses on wine tasting in the Cape Winelands region. You'll start in Franschhoek with a guided tour and tasting at Haute Cabrière estate, then move on to Delaire Graff Estate to try more wines. Later, you'll walk through Stellenbosch and its tree-lined streets with old Dutch architecture. It's a relaxed day with good food and wine, and you'll return to Cape Town by evening.

Oudtshoorn
You'll drive along Route 62, stopping in small historic towns along the way. The main event is a guided tour through Cango Caves, where you'll walk through underground passages with huge limestone formations and caverns. After exploring the caves and driving through the region, dinner at your accommodation wraps up the day in a quieter setting away from the city.

Knysna
This morning starts early if you choose the optional meerkat safari to watch them come out of their burrows. After breakfast, you'll visit a local ostrich farm and learn how these large birds are raised. Then you'll drive across the Outeniqua Mountains into the Garden Route, arriving in the charming town of Knysna. Before evening, you'll see the Knysna Heads where the lagoon opens to the ocean.

Tsitsikamma
You'll explore the Tsitsikamma region with a guided walk through lush forest filled with ancient trees and birds. The walk leads to a suspension bridge over Storms River, and from there you have choices. Zip-lining through the canopy, kayaking the gorge, or heading to nearby Plettenberg Bay for beach time are all options depending on what appeals to you. The day is flexible based on what you want to do.

Karongwe Private Game Reserve
You'll have breakfast before heading to George Airport for your flight to Hoedspruit. Once you land, a transfer takes you to Karongwe Private Game Reserve, arriving around lunch. After eating and having high tea, you'll head out on your first safari drive in the late afternoon to look for wildlife. Dinner happens back at the lodge under the night sky.

Karongwe Private Game Reserve
The day splits into morning and afternoon safari drives from the lodge. You'll wake early for breakfast, then head out in an open vehicle with an experienced ranger to spot lions, elephants, leopards, and other animals in the bush. By midday you're back for lunch and time to rest at the lodge. The afternoon drive starts later and gives you another chance to see wildlife before returning for dinner.

Your last morning includes one final safari drive to experience the wildlife one more time. You'll leave with memories of the landscapes, people, and animals you've seen across South Africa.
