- KVKaren· March 15th, 2025I thought the entire tour was outstanding. Our guide, Jens, showed us everything we could want to see. I love that the accommodations were mostly in small guest houses and hotels. It felt like we were visiting with long lost relatives. We got to see so many features, fjords and waterfalls, and so many things that I can't even list them all. We were introduced to some Iceland horses, and fed them horse candy. Jens was very accommodating to my walking issues, and advised about some of the trails. Every couple of days, he would read us a folk tale about one of the features we saw. We even had the skies clear one night for us to be able to see the Aurora. It was amazing. All in all, I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Jens as a guide.Show moreTrip date: February 2025
- IBIrene· March 11th, 2025The booking process was easy and my pre-tour questions were quickly answered. Jens is a thoroughly knowledgeable guide and he made all the transfers throughout the week very easy for our group. The van seating was not very comfortable and hard on us on the rougher roads. But, having said that, Jens took us to places that other tours don’t and that was what made it such a terrific experience. We would book through TourRadar again and in particular would want Jens as our guide.Show moreTrip date: February 2025

Traveler•Written February 2025Will someone pick us up from the airport when we arrive on day 1? Is it possible to take us to blue lagoon on the first day upon arrival?
- Fun Travel IcelandOperator•Written February 2025
Currently, there are 6 people signed up, two couples from the US, a single lady from Australia and a single male from the US. Age 60 +. We stop for lunch every day where you have options from soups and sandwiches to fish or meat. Puffins are migrant birds only found in Iceland from late May to mid August. The tour guide is Icelandic. Airport transfers are not included in the tour, you would have to arrange that yourselves. If you want to go to the Blue Lagoon it is easy to book it directly through their website and you can add transfers to/from the lagoon in the process.

Asked on September 7th, 2024We would like to do the 10 day tour in Iceland to go around the whole island but we also want see the Northern Lights. Will we get a chance to see the Northern Lights on this tour in January? If so will we get more than one chance to see them.
- Fun Travel IcelandOperator•Written September 2024
During this tour you stay on farm stays far away from any light pollution. So if the sky is clear you have decent chances of spotting the Northern Lights. It is however never guaranteed. The January 31 departure is not guaranteed but the February 28 is.

Traveler•Written September 2024Is the Jan 28 not guaranteed because not enough people or nearly booked? If nearly booked out I can book ASAP as that is the better date for us.
- Fun Travel IcelandOperator•Written September 2024
The January 28 departure is not guaranteed since I do not have enough people.

Asked on August 18th, 2024We would like to book this. But we have two sets of cousins we'd also like to accompany us. It may take more than the nine hours left to get everything straightened out. Can we get a hold on six spots for another 24 hours? All fairly active for ages, 60 to 73.
- Fun Travel IcelandOperator•Written August 2024
It is no problem to hold 6 spots for you, this is not a guaranteed departure but if the 6 of you want to book I will confirm the booking and make this a guaranteed departure.
