He was friendly and did an amazing job, Marisio our waiter served us with the highest respect and friendliness. Over all Avalon have very good staff and always a smile- nothing too much trouble. The ship was so clean, food was spectacular. We had a surprise group of singers Gwen and Charles who brought great entertainment. The other entertainer was amazing. Loved the top deck BBQ. - FEFred· August 31st, 2019The river cruise with Avalon was fantastic. Great ports with interesting well planned shore visits. All guides were professionally knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Food and service on the ship was excellent. The Monogram component was also excellent with both hotels being 4 star and in great locations. The included excursions and the others offered that we took were great and of similar standard to the Avalon ones.
