    I find this insensitive since we could not go on the Cape York trip due to Covid restrictions I am still awaiting a response from you and AAT re a refund . There seems to be limited spaces for next year and who knows what is going happen Regards Robyn and Dennis Ladd

    I am interested in the Cape York Frontier (Fly / Drive) tour for myself and my Mum in August, and I was hoping you could help me with a few questions please. Firstly, does the tour cater to vegan dietary requirements? Secondly, can you please confirm if the tour departing on Friday 22nd August still has two spots available? And lastly, can you please advise if the accommodation listed on the itinerary includes ensuites, or if any have shared facilities?

      The Vegan dietary requirements are able to cater within the tours. We will just take note of it for the booking. I can confirm to you that all rooms listed for the hotel are ensuite facilities. This tour needs you to fill out the Heritage Tours form. We will going to send you the form once you have confirmed your reservation.

      If I proceed with the reservation but it turns out the tour is unavailable, can you please advise what the process is for returning the deposit please? Unfortunately we only have a small window so can only really go on the tour if it falls in mid - late August or early September.

      When the tour gets unavailable, the deposits will surely return to your account as we get declined it to the TourRadar platform. The TourRadar agent will also help you once the tour gets declined and they are the one who will process your deposit return.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before October 7th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 7th, 2025, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with AAT Kings. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and AAT Kings will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "AAT Kings" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
