- Jonathan· August 8th, 2024The tour guides and drivers were very accommodating and were obviously making sure we had the best experience they could provide. There was a problem getting on the plane to Uganda. I did not have a visa but G Adventures assured me I could get one at the airport. I had to spend an extra day in Nairobi obtaining a visa and then rent a taxi go catch up with my group. They need to insure that all paperwork is done in advance and stress this in their literature. Also, there was no representative from G Adventures at the airport when we checked into our flight. This would have helped.Show more
