Start with the Opera House and then head to Mrs Macquarie's Chair for harbor views. After that, you'll get an insider's tour of the surf lifesaving club at Bondi Beach. There's a scenic cruise around the harbor before lunch at the historic North Bondi RSL Club, which overlooks the water.

Cairns
Board a catamaran for a full-day cruise to the Outer Great Barrier Reef. You'll explore the coral and sea life underwater, then head back to Cairns late in the afternoon. Your evening is free to do as you like.

Cairns to Uluru
You'll fly into Australia's Outback and tour the base of Uluru (Ayers Rock). Then you'll visit caves with ancient Aboriginal paintings and check out the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Center to learn about local indigenous culture. Later this evening, you'll have champagne and a toast at the Sunset Strip while watching Uluru change colors at sunset.

Uluru
Wake up early to catch the sunrise over Uluru and Kata Tjuta. During the day, you'll visit a lookout to see Kata Tjuta's 36 domes. The afternoon is free for you to explore. This evening, you'll experience the Sounds of Silence dinner with canapés, sparkling wine, a didgeridoo welcome, bush tucker menu, and someone to help you understand the southern night sky.

Uluru to Melbourne
You'll fly into Melbourne and head straight to the Melbourne Skydeck before getting settled at your hotel. This observation deck sits nearly 1,000 feet up and gives you sweeping views across the city and out toward the surrounding areas. It's a solid way to get oriented and see what you're working with for the next few days. After that, you'll check in and have the rest of the evening to settle in.

- Day 10
Melbourne
A guided tour takes you through Parliament House and the Shrine of Remembrance, which honors Australia's war heroes. You'll also walk through Fitzroy Gardens and the Royal Botanic Gardens, seeing the Victorian Arts Centre and other notable buildings that show off the city's architecture. Lunch happens at a local restaurant, and then you've got free time to wander around Melbourne on your own and check out whatever catches your interest.

This day is completely open. You can head to the local restaurants to try different cuisines and get a feel for Melbourne's food scene, or spend time shopping on Chapel and Brunswick Streets. If you want something beyond the city, there are optional trips to the Yarra Valley for wine tasting or the Great Ocean Road to see the Twelve Apostles. It's your call based on what you're interested in.

Queenstown to Milford Sound
Travel into Fiordland National Park for a full-day trip to Milford Sound. You'll cruise past sheer rock walls rising thousands of feet, see rainforest, mountains, glaciers, and waterfalls. There's a good chance to spot dolphins, seals, and penguins. You'll return to Queenstown late this evening.

- Day 17
Rotorua
Take a guided tour and special visit to the National Kiwi Hatchery to see conservation work firsthand. You'll check out the Agrodome to learn about sheep farming, one of New Zealand's main industries. Then you'll go to Te Puia, Rotorua's key thermal area. This evening, enjoy a Hangi dinner with Maori traditions, storytelling, and the chance to join in the Haka dance.

After that, you'll travel through the Waikato region to Auckland.

Auckland

Tonight, you'll have a festive farewell dinner atop Sky Tower with 360-degree rotating views.

Coral Coast
Take a custom-built safari jet boat up the Sigatoka River deep into Fiji's interior. You'll travel through villages, meet locals, participate in a kava ceremony, and tour the village. There's a traditional Fijian lunch included, plus traditional singing and dancing before you return to your resort. The rest of the day is yours to relax on the beaches or try local food.
