Once we had chosen, we were given a private tour and an upgrade in one place. The tour itself was great and our main contact David was in touch before the holiday and available throughout for help and advice. Although he did not travel with the 4 of us, we always had advance information about who was picking us up, and at what time and in each new place we had local experienced English speaking guides who proved to be excellent and knowledgeable.Show more

Asked on September 6th, 2022Will there be an opportunity to do laundry during the tour? If so, what laundry services are available and at what points during the tour? Are there full-service laundry services available or is it self-service?
Vietnam Allure TravelOperator•Written September 2022Laundry is personal expenses and you can do anywhere while on tour. Most hotel/homestay offer laundry service or we can suggest some laundry service near your accommodation. The laundry normally costs 1-2 USD/ kilo and can be done in 24 hours.

Asked on July 7th, 2022Is it possible to book 2 rooms on your trips, 1 for 2 adults and one for 2 adults and 1 child. Only option I can see is 3 rooms.

If the child is from 11 years old, I suggest you to take triple room. Let me open 'Triple room' on TourRadar then you can choose 1 double room and 1 triple room.
