Arrival in Fes
Your driver meets you at Fes Airport and takes you to your riad in the medina. Depending on when you land, there's a chance to walk around part of the city and get your bearings.

Fes
A local guide takes you through Fes starting at the Blue Gate and walking the narrow medina streets past busy souks and craft shops. You'll see the Jewish quarter, the Royal Palace gate, and climb to a fortress for city views. The day includes stops at ceramic workshops, Souk Seffarine, and Medersa Bou Inania, plus passing the oldest university and Mosque of Quaraouin before heading back to your riad for dinner.

Fes to Merzouga
After breakfast you head south through the Middle Atlas Mountains to Ifrane with its Swiss-style buildings. A cedar forest stop lets you see and feed Barbary apes, then it's on to Midelt for lunch. From there you drive toward Merzouga desert and take a camel ride at sunset over golden sand before reaching your desert camp for dinner and Berber music around a fire.

Following breakfast, you spend the day exploring the Sahara through dunes and fossil sites while meeting Berber nomad families. You'll have mint tea in their tents and hear about their traditions and history. Lunch is a picnic in the open air, then you return to camp for a shower and free time to wander the dunes at sunset before dinner and tea.

Merzouga to Boumalne Dades
You catch a spectacular sunrise over the dunes, then after breakfast drive toward Boumalne Dades Gorge and check out ancient underground irrigation canals from the 11th to 14th centuries. Lunch comes at a traditional restaurant, and later you explore Tinghir and Dades Gorge with time to walk through the canyon. You'll spot old mud structures in the palm oasis and the Monkey Toes rock formations before arriving at your riad for dinner.

Starting after breakfast, you visit women's cooperatives in Kalaat Magouna making natural perfumes, then head to Ouarzazate to tour Atlas Studios where films like Game of Thrones were shot. Lunch happens at Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO site and old caravan stop. The route takes you through Ounilla Valley and across the High Atlas Mountains, arriving in Marrakech by evening for dinner at your riad.

Lunch is at a restaurant nearby, and by evening you return to experience the square's nightlife with pop-up food stalls selling barbecues, soups, and juices.

Marrakech to Casablanca
After breakfast you continue to Casablanca with lunch at a restaurant along the way. Once there, you see the Hassan II Mosque, Africa's second-largest functioning mosque. You settle into your hotel and have dinner served there.

Casablanca to Chefchaouen
Following breakfast you drive north to Rabat, then continue into the Rif Mountains where the landscape shifts from flat plains to rocky terrain. You arrive in Chefchaouen, the Blue City, and walk its narrow streets with blue-washed buildings. The medina has a relaxed vibe and friendly people, plus you can dine at Plaza Outa el Hammam, tour the kasbah, and catch a sunset from the abandoned Spanish Mosque overlooking the city.

You head to Volubilis, a UNESCO site with ancient Roman ruins, alleyways, gates, and well-preserved mosaics from the 2nd and 3rd centuries. Next comes Meknes, another UNESCO city and one of Morocco's four imperial cities, where you visit Medersa Bou Inania and Bab Mansour gateway. The trip concludes with a drive to Fes or the airport based on your choice.
