I realize you are a tour aggregator, but need to do a better job detailing out meeting places, using photos, etc, because all of your descriptions outside of one were extremely general on where and when to meet up with the tour guides. Also knowing what the tour company is you booked us with would be helpful, so we know who to look for.Show more

Yes, the hotels listed in the itinerary are included in the overall price. Yes, the bullet train fare is included in the price of the tour. Yes, breakfast can be added for an additional cost. The deposit payment is 30% of the total tour price. After the initial 30% deposit, the remaining balance is due 1 month before travel. You may choose to pay in instalments before the final payment is due.

In the 7 days package you have 5 tours - those activities are guided (Tokyo, Mount Fuji, Tsukiji, Kyoto Evening and Kyoto), the rest of the time there's not a guide with you (evenings or arrival/departure dates) as there is nothing scheduled - you have free time
