I realize you are a tour aggregator, but need to do a better job detailing out meeting places, using photos, etc, because all of your descriptions outside of one were extremely general on where and when to meet up with the tour guides. And during the guided tours, what type of transportation is provided—metro, tourist bus, or something else? On Day 2, it says the tour starts at 9 a.m. at the Tokyo station; does that mean I need to get there on my own from the hotel? Likewise, the tour ends at 5 p.m. at Shibuya Crossing—should I arrange my own return to the hotel, or is there a bus that picks up participants and returns them to the hotel? In general, are transfers provided throughout the day during the tours?

The package excludes: Anything not mentioned above. Kyoto: Entrance fees (approx. 900 JPY per person). Personal travel insurance. Gratuities. We can also include Airport transfers or breakfast if you request. We will just add it to your quote.

Yes, the hotels listed in the itinerary are included in the overall price. Yes, the bullet train fare is included in the price of the tour. Yes, breakfast can be added for an additional cost. The deposit payment is 30% of the total tour price. After the initial 30% deposit, the remaining balance is due 1 month before travel. You may choose to pay in instalments before the final payment is due.
