Asked on November 18th, 2024can you just walk outside in Fairbanks or the other places they go and be able to see them, if they are active. They more more of the Aurora viewing for atleast a few nights is this possible on this tour?
- TrafalgarOperator•Written November 2024
While there are dedicated times during the tour specifically for viewing the Aurora Borealis, please keep in mind that sightings are weather-dependent. If there are no scheduled activities, and if the Aurora is active, you may have the opportunity to see it by coordinating with your Travel Director. They will be able to guide you on the best times and locations for potential sightings.

Aurora Borealis viewing is scheduled on Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 of the tour. Each of these nights is dedicated to maximizing your chances of experiencing this spectacular phenomenon. As always, please remember that sightings are weather-dependent, but our itinerary is designed to provide you with multiple opportunities for viewing the Aurora.
