    Tour ran late from second day and got worse from there. Scenic offered to compensate passengers under their "guarantee". Since then, Scenic has concocted excuse after excuse to delay our promised refund. Be very wary of travelling with Scenic. We have travelled with Scenic previously, on river cruises and road tours. They used to live up to their claim as the premium operator. Not anymore. Prices remain high but standards and quality have been dropped.

For tours departing after November 6th, 2025, a minimum payment of $1,000 is required to confirm your booking with Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
