    This was a great tour- tour director was very well organized and knowledgeable. The name might be incorrect- the day we visited Vatican and Coliseum we walked 16,000 steps, the equivalent of 8 miles. Coach and driver were great with nice leg room. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the first hotel- Room 007, Select Veneto in Rome was a very poor choice compared to the 2 wonderful hotels Insight used in Florence and Venice. Unfortunately we had booked a 2 night extension in Rome so were there for 5 nights. Very small rooms, poor front desk experiences and mediocre breakfast.

    Great tour meant lots of friends. Our tour guide was amazing, Funny, very knowledgeable and nice. Our bus driver was great, have no complaints what so ever. The ages we're all the way from kids to 8 to elder
