Tokyo
Start with a guided walk from Tokyo Station heading toward the Imperial Palace Gardens. After that, you'll head to Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, then check out the vibrant Harajuku district. Mount Fuji & Lake Kawaguchi
You'll drive out to scenic areas around Mount Fuji, starting with Oishi Park for lake views and the famous Chureito Pagoda at Arakurayama. From there, you'll see Oshino Hakkai's crystal-clear ponds and head up to Mount Fuji 5th Station for panoramic views (though visibility depends on the weather). Stop in Fujiyoshida for lunch and pick up souvenirs before heading back.

Nikko
Head out from Tokyo early to reach Nikko, where you'll spend time at Toshogu Shrine checking out the intricate carvings and the famous Three Wise Monkeys sculpture. After walking through the shrine grounds, drive toward Kegon Falls, one of Japan's top three waterfalls, which drops about 1,300 feet into a gorge below. The Irohazaka Winding Road takes you up the mountain with sharp hairpin turns and views of the valley, so take your time on this scenic drive. Once you reach Lake Chuzenji, take a walk around the water to stretch your legs and see the mountain landscape. Then drive back down to Tokyo for the night, arriving by evening.

Tsukiji Food Tour
Start at Tsukiji Hongwan-ji Temple to watch purification rituals, then spend time exploring the Tsukiji Outer Market. You'll get to taste traditional foods including fresh seafood and savory meat at different vendors throughout the market. The tour wraps up at the Namiyoke Shrine.

You'll take the train to Osaka and explore the entertainment districts of Namba and Dotonbori. Before heading back to Kyoto by bullet train, you'll have time to shop in the famous Shinsaibashi and Nipponbashi districts.
