    Buenos Aires

    You'll arrive in Buenos Aires today and have the freedom to explore the city however you'd like. This is your chance to get oriented, walk around neighborhoods that interest you, grab some food, or just take things slow after traveling.

  2. Day 2

    Buenos Aires to Ushuaia

    Head to the airport for your flight to Ushuaia this morning. Once you land, you'll visit Tierra del Fuego National Park to see the mountain and forest landscape. Later, you board the MS Fridtjof Nansen and the ship sets sail across the Drake Passage toward the South Shetland Islands and Antarctica.

    Drake Passage Crossing

    Spend the day crossing the Drake Passage aboard the ship. The Expedition Team runs educational lectures covering Antarctica's history and science, plus sessions on climate change impacts. You'll also have workshops where you can learn bird identification and whale identification techniques.

    Your five-day Antarctic Peninsula exploration starts now. You'll see massive icebergs, towering glaciers, and the contrast between icy silence and the calls of penguins or the sound of ice crashing into the water. The landscape here is quite different from anywhere else you've experienced.

  6. Day 6

    Antarctica Exploration

    The Expedition Team organizes shore landings so you can see seal colonies and penguin rookeries up close. You have options: take a moderate hike to chinstrap and gentoo penguin colonies, kayak among icebergs to spot leopard seals and Adelie penguins, or go on Zodiac excursions looking for orca, humpback, and minke whales.

    Antarctica Exploration

    Take an in-depth tour of Buenos Aires starting with Avenida de Mayo and Plaza de Mayo to see the pink Casa Rosada, the cathedral, and the Cabildo. Then you'll explore La Boca's colorful Italian-influenced neighborhood including the famous Caminito pedestrian street. Later you travel along Avenida 9 de Julio, and the day finishes with an Insider Experience Farewell Dinner.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
