Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Arusha
You'll land in Tanzania and meet your African Polecat Safaris representative who'll take you to your accommodation in Arusha. After you get settled, you'll have time to rest and get ready for the safari adventure that's coming up.

Tarangire National Park
Following breakfast, your guide will take you into Tarangire National Park where the river system keeps wildlife thriving throughout the area. You'll see elephant herds, giraffes, bushbucks, and with some luck, lions or leopards along with lots of birds and old baobab trees scattered around. After a picnic lunch in the park, you'll do an afternoon game drive before heading to Jungle Pearl Resort in Mto wa Mbu for the evening.

- Day 3
Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti
After breakfast, you'll drive through the Ngorongoro highlands and stop to see the crater view before heading into the southern Serengeti plains. The grasslands here are where the Great Migration happens with hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes. Your guide takes you into the heart of all this action, and then you'll have a picnic lunch out on the plains. By sunset, you'll settle into Safari Haven Luxury Camps in Central Serengeti.

- Day 4
Northern Serengeti
Your day in the Northern Serengeti starts before dawn so you can catch wildlife moving in the early light, which works great for photos. From there, you'll encounter impalas, buffalo, crocodiles, hippos, and predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. You can go with two drives and a midday break, or do a full day with a picnic lunch on the plains. Later you'll return to Safari Haven Luxury Camps.

- Day 5
Serengeti
Starting before sunrise, you'll head out for a dawn drive in the Northern Serengeti as the plains come alive with activity, making it ideal for photography. You'll see gazelles, predators, and all kinds of wildlife under the big open sky. You have the option to do morning and afternoon drives with a break at midday and then move to Central Serengeti after lunch, or do a full day with a gourmet picnic. Either way, you'll finish the day at Safari Haven Luxury Camps Central.

Landmarks Serengeti National Park - Day 6
Serengeti to Ngorongoro
You'll wake up early for a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti where lions are still active in the morning light. After a good breakfast, you'll travel through the plains to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping at Naabi Gate for lunch. Along the way, you'll see wildlife during the drive itself. As evening comes on, you'll arrive at Ndutu Safari Lodge in Ngorongoro for the night.

- Day 7
Ngorongoro Crater
Your descent into the Ngorongoro Crater begins early, around 6:30 to 7:00 am, in an open-roof Land Cruiser where you'll look for black rhinos in the soft morning light. The crater is like a natural zoo ringed by walls that are 600 to 650 meters high, and it's full of wildlife depending on the season. After the morning drive, you'll have a picnic lunch by the hippo pool and explore more habitats. Then you'll head back to Arusha and stay at Tulia Boutique Hotel.

Materuni Village and Waterfalls
After breakfast, you'll go to Materuni village on Kilimanjaro's slopes, a quiet cultural area worth seeing. You'll walk through a coffee plantation and learn how to roast and grind beans, then hike to Materuni Waterfalls through farmland while seeing how locals go about their day. You can swim in the pool at the base of the falls, and then have a traditional lunch with local food. After that, you'll return to Arusha and stay at Njiro Legacy Hotel.
