Itinerary
- Day 1
Lisbon to Lagos
You'll travel from Lisbon airport or your hotel down to Lagos, which takes around 3.5 hours. Once you arrive and check in, spend your afternoon walking through the historic city center where you'll find cobbled streets, white limestone buildings, and traditional tile facades. The Governor's Castle and Lagos Fortress are worth stopping by to get a sense of the area's history. After that you've got free time to find dinner at a traditional Algarve restaurant and take a stroll along Lagos Marina in the evening.

- Day 2
Ponta da Piedade - Sagres - Lagos
Start with breakfast at your hotel, then head out on a boat ride to Ponta da Piedade to see the limestone cliffs, caves, and secluded beaches in person. From there you'll continue to Sagres to check out the impressive seaside fortress with its distinctive walls and unique wind compass. Stop at Baleeira Harbor to watch local fishermen making and repairing their nets, which gives you a real sense of how the fishing community works. You'll return to Lagos for the evening.

- Day 3
Silves - Porches - Ferragudo - Lagos
After breakfast you'll head to Silves, a historic city where you can visit its impressive castle with Roman origins and Arab construction dating back to the 8th-23rd centuries. You'll see examples of Arab military architecture and walk the walls. Next you stop in Porches, a small village where local artisans hand-paint clay pieces in traditional workshops. Later on you'll reach Ferragudo, a traditional fishing village where dinner features fresh fish caught that day at a local seaside restaurant, followed by a walk through narrow cobbled streets with flower decorations and panoramic views.

Lagos to Lisbon
After breakfast and checkout, you'll transfer back to Lisbon. Your tour ends here, or if you've booked another Schultz tour with accommodation, you'll continue from your hotel.
