- Day 1
Delhi
You'll arrive at Delhi International Airport where a representative meets you for the drive to your hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to settle in. Depending on when you land, you might head out to see some nearby spots or try one of the optional evening activities available.

Delhi
Start with Humayun's Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring Mughal architecture and landscaped gardens. From there, head to Old Delhi's walled city to see Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque. You'll take a cycle rickshaw through Chandni Chowk's busy lanes, then move on to Gandhi Smriti where Gandhi spent his last days. The afternoon covers New Delhi's wide streets and colonial buildings, a Sikh Gurdwara, plus drives past India Gate, Parliament House, and the Presidential Palace.

After breakfast you'll head out for Jaipur, Rajasthan's lively capital. Once there, visit Birla Mandir and catch the evening Aarti ceremony. The rest of your evening is free time, though optional activities are available if you're interested.

Jaipur
Early on you'll head to Amber Fort, the hilltop fortress, and stop for photos at Hawa Mahal. Next comes City Palace, still home to royalty, and Jantar Mantar observatory. Before heading back, there's time for shopping to pick up local handicrafts and souvenirs.

Jaipur to Agra
After breakfast you depart Jaipur for Agra. Along the way, stop at Chand Baori, one of India's largest and deepest stepwells. Continue to Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital with its palaces and courtyards. When you reach Agra, you'll see a traditional sari or Indian costume demonstration that shows how locals dress and explains local textiles.

Agra

Early morning you're transferred to the railway station to board a train to Varanasi, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities and deeply spiritual for Hindus. After arriving and checking into your hotel, the evening focuses on the Ganga Aarti at the Ghats, a ritual involving lights, chanting, and incense along the sacred Ganges River.

Rishikesh to Delhi
