Neill· November 12th, 2025I have always wanted to go to India as the culture fascinates me however I felt it was too over whelming to travel solo as I usually do. My first group tour and I have already put a deposit down for two more with Intro due to the incredible guides (Mikes and Vivek) the organisation and the local experiences.Show more
INTRO Travel commented on this reviewHello Neill, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re so glad you enjoyed your India Experience and that Mikes and Vivek helped make your first group tour feel comfortable, organised, and inspiring. Kind regards, The INTRO Travel TeamTrip date: October 2025
Andrew· March 21st, 2025The tour is great fun and you see a lot in a short period of time. Makes India a lot less intimidating when you have two guides running the show so efficiently, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the experience. The tour has a packed agenda but also allows for some downtime when you need it most. The other members of our tour group were great and made the experience even better. Highly recommend to anyone considering travelling India and want to have fun along the way.Show moreTrip date: March 2025- KKate· March 21st, 2025I went for the first time in my life, travelling alone. The itinerary was amazing as got to see all the main features and minimised travel time which was good. The overall organisation was great as well, there was no point where I wasn’t sure what was going on. Overall so happy with my trip and would defo recommend to others :)Show moreTrip date: February 2025

Gillian· January 19th, 2025This tour was awesome. Filled with a variety of cities and experiences, there’s always something happening. The Taj is obviously the highlight but there are also a heap of other super fun experiences throughout the trip. Having a local guide elevates the experience with a ton of knowledge and experience. John· January 15th, 2025Fantastic experience starting in the busy city of Delhi before moving on to beautiful cities in Rajasthan. Beautiful historic buildings everywhere you go on the tour and so much history to learn. Local tour guide Vivek was a great addition and worked great alongside Yoni to deliver a brilliant experience. Asked on September 28th, 2025I am in need of a tour operator who might be able to help me customize our tour to include some areas in northern India which are not included on your current itinerary - are you able to accommodate that? I am looking specifically for the following due to time constraints: Delhi, Chandhigarh, Nangal, Mandi, Kullu, Manali, Shimla, Delhi
INTRO TravelOperator•Written September 2025We don't offer bespoke itineraries and our tours are for over 18s only. How old are your children?

Asked on September 19th, 2025I am interested in your India Experience 13-day tour and would like to know if it runs over the New Year period. Specifically, I am looking to start the tour on December 26th, and I would love to know if that's possible.
INTRO TravelOperator•Written September 2025The only time we don't operate any of our tours is between Christmas and New Year. This allows our team to have a well deserved break with their families. So all our tour dates are worked out so they finish before the holidays and start again in the new year.

Asked on July 31st, 2025As a solo traveller, it looks great but I was hoping to find out a little more information about the transport. Such as what sort of vehicles are used and how long the different journeys are between destinations. Also is it possible to see links or websites for the different accommodation we would be staying in during the trip?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written July 2025Travel times will vary due to traffic/road closures/etc. It can range from 2 hours to 6 hours or so, depending on the day. You'll mainly travel via bus with the exception of the internal flight!

Traveler•Written July 2025With the busses would their be toilets on board or would there be stops along the way for the longer journeys? I have had anxiety this year on and off, I'm hoping it is gone but one trigger was feeling trapped/stuck so the journey by bus is something I'm trying to process as much as possible. With the rooms is it possible to book a solo room or are you placed with another traveller? Finally, I saw breakfast is included and 4 dinners. Aside from that will the guide bring us to restaurants that are charged separately or do we arrange dinner ourselves on nights when it is not provided?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written July 2025There isn't usually a toilet on board the bus but there is definitely plenty of stops along the route for the longer journeys! We can certainly look into the possibility of a private room for you. However we do room you with someone of the same gender and try our best to room you with someone of a similar age in twin rooms. Regarding dinners - yes indeed- the guide will take the group out to restaurants/venues and also have recommendations incase you want to do your own thing. The dinners that are not included will be at your expense so you have the option to stay with the group or go elsewhere!

Traveler•Written July 2025Just comparing with other companies and curious. For example a similar(ish) trip with a different tour operator is €2,640. Is the difference in price purely down to not being fully inclusive/ 4 star accommodation options or am I missing something? As it seems a huge difference in price. I just want to make sure I amn't missing anything
INTRO TravelOperator•Written July 2025What you see if what you get with INTRO! Everything listed on the itinerary is included, no secret costs! The only things not included are your flights to and from India and your travel insurance! Our India Experience tour captures the essence of this fascinating country. Dive into rich culture, see wonders of the world, wake up in inspiring landscapes, spot tigers, savour mouthwatering food, and embrace a delightful culture shock!

Asked on March 13th, 2025I'm 41 but if I have a family member want to join who is older will that be an issue? I read that vaccinations are recommended but want to make sure that I can travel without any if I prefer? What is the age demographic of attendees if I may ask and are there any solo travelers in the group?

Asked on January 10th, 2025I wish to book the 12 day tour India experience tour. I am 63, and travelling by myself. I have sleep apnea and use a machine which could be noisy. I wonder how the hotel room arrangements are. Will I be sharing the room with other members of the group? If yes, can there be an arrangement made for my condition? Shall I still go ahead and book my spot?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written January 2025The majority of our group members are in their 20's and 30's, so unfortunately I don't think our tours would be suitable for you. We really hope you find a suitable trip and that you have a fantastic time in India, it's truly an incredible country! You may find that other tour operators on Tour Radar have some suitable tours for you.

Asked on July 10th, 2024Can I booked an open dated tour via Tour Radar?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written July 2024Tour Radar don't accept open dated bookings. However, you could book on a future date (say December 2025) and then contact us once you know which start date you'd actually like to travel on. We charge no fees for date changes as long as you let us know more than 30 days in advance of the trip starting.

Traveler•Written July 2024How many free date changes can be made? Or is that unlimited as long as it was made more than 30days prior to start date?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written July 2024You can change your date as many times as you wish, with no charge, as long as it is more than 30 days before the start date!

Traveler•Written November 2024If I change the date to an more expensive date, do I have to pay the difference?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written November 2024If you let us know more than 30 days before your start date, we can move your booking over to another start date for free. However, we have departure based pricing which means the price can fluctuate depending on the popularity of the start date. If you move to a peak date, you would need to pay the difference in price.
- W
Wayne
Traveler•Written November 2024If I was to purchase a sale price and choose to push it out on a non-sale price, I'll have to pay the difference? How about if I bought it as a standard price and then Intro chooses to increase the standard prices?
INTRO TravelOperator•Written November 2024If you book a sale date and move to a non-sale date, you'd need to pay the difference in price. When you place a deposit, it locks in the standard price of the trip. Even if the trip price increases in the future, you wouldn't be required to pay additional fees. The only exception would be if you moved to a peak date, in which case you'd need to pay the difference in price.
