- Walter· December 6th, 2024Very varied, reliable organization, always solution-oriented (big thanks to Nesi!), surprisingly good accommodation, great transport (Toyota Land Cruiser), impressive landscapes, friendly people, great group. I will probably become a regular Penguin customer!Show more
- Micke· November 21st, 2024To begin with the visa issues, I got the details for it too late to get my visa on time. But Penguin sorted it out so I could have a visa on arrival, it was a bit of a stress around all that. But when all that was sorted out the trip was great, the local guides and crew was perfect. Sometimes some things felt a bit rushed. Maybe it would have ben better if the whole trip was a bit longer so there was some time to relax between the long drives. But in all a good trip and I will probably go with penguin againShow more

Asked on April 15th, 2025I'm interested in your tour to the Ivory Coast. When checking the visa requirements for my home country Germany I see a document called 'ATTESTATION D'HEBERGEMENT' which apparently has to be filled out by a city hall representative. Is that correct and will you take care of this document?
- Penguin TravelOperator•Written April 2025
You are eligible to get e-visa for Ivory Coast. Once your booking is confirmed, we provide the required documents. For the online application, you usually need to upload only a passport, flight ticket and letter of invitation or proof of accommodation. In our experience, we have not had issues with e-visa approval before.

Traveler•Written April 2025Just for my understanding the letter of invitation or proof of accomodation would be provided by your company?
