Itinerary
- Day 1
Hotel to Lukla to Phakding
Your guide picks you up at the hotel and heads to the airport for a scenic flight into Lukla. From the airstrip, you'll start trekking toward Phakding, where you'll spend the night at a lodge. The flight itself gives you great views of the terrain you'll be walking through over the next couple weeks.

Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Today you trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar, the central hub for the Khumbu region. The trail shows off the surrounding mountains and valleys as you climb gradually. You'll check into a lodge in Namche Bazaar for the night.

Namche Bazaar
You'll take a rest day here to let your body adjust to the altitude. If you're feeling up for it, there's an optional hike to Syangboche that gives you nice views of the surrounding peaks. Either way, you're back at your lodge by evening.

Namche Bazaar to Deboche
From Namche Bazaar, you trek toward Deboche, walking through small villages and past mountain scenery. The path winds through both forested areas and open ridges. You'll stay overnight at a local lodge in Deboche.

Deboche to Dingboche
You head out for Dingboche, a quiet village set in the high country. The trail continues through mountain terrain, and by evening you're settled at your lodge. The setting here feels pretty remote and peaceful.

Landmarks/POIs Dingboche - Day 6
Dingboche
Another rest day to help your body adapt to the thinner air. There's an optional trip available to Chukung Valley if you want more activity and different views. Most people either hike that or just relax around the village, then head back to the lodge for a quiet night.

Landmarks/POIs Chukung Valley - Day 7
Dingboche to Lobuche
The trek to Lobuche takes you higher through rough alpine terrain. You'll see mountains in all directions as you climb, and by afternoon you're at your lodge resting. This day is shorter but the altitude makes it feel substantial.

Lobuche to Everest Base Camp to Gorakshep
You reach Everest Base Camp today, the main destination of the whole trek. After spending time exploring the camp and taking photos, you head back down to Gorakshep where you'll sleep. It's a big day mentally even if it's not the longest walk.

Gorakshep to Kalapattar to Pheriche
An early start means catching sunrise from Kalapattar, where Mount Everest shows up beautifully in the light. You take time to soak in the views and photos, then trek down to Pheriche for the night. It's a quieter day after the base camp push.

Pheriche to Namche Bazaar
The return journey starts with a trek back to Namche Bazaar. You're walking trails you've already seen, so the pace feels different knowing you're heading out now. You'll stay at a lodge in Namche Bazaar for the night.

Namche Bazaar to Lukla
You continue down to Lukla, retracing the path from your first day. The downhill walk goes faster than the climb up. Your final night in the mountains is spent at a lodge in Lukla.

Lukla to Kathmandu
A scenic flight takes you back to Kathmandu, and from the airport you transfer to your hotel. Your trek wraps up with a farewell dinner where you can review photos and talk through the whole experience in the Himalayas.
