Arrival in Kathmandu
Staff meet you at Kathmandu airport and handle your transfer to the hotel. If there's time before evening, you can do a quick city tour around town. Later, you'll have a welcome meal with your hiking crew and settle in for the night.

Kathmandu Heritage Tour
You'll spend the full day sightseeing in Kathmandu with a guide who knows the city well. The itinerary includes UNESCO World Heritage Sites with temples and historic squares throughout the day. By evening, your trek permits and arrangements get finalized so you're ready to go.

Kathmandu to Besisahar
Early morning bus ride from Kathmandu to Besisahar takes about 7 hours. Besisahar sits in the Lamjung District and serves as the starting point for the Annapurna Circuit Trek. You'll check into a teahouse for the night and rest up before the trek begins tomorrow.

Besisahar to Bahundanda
Your trek kicks off from Besisahar heading toward Bahundanda. Along the way you'll cross a suspension bridge at Bhubhule, walk through rice farm fields with Mt Manaslu in the distance, and pass through the busy Ngadi Village. The day finishes with an uphill climb to Bahundanda, which locals call the Hill of the Brahmins.

Bahundanda to Jagat
From Bahundanda you descend through green terraces down to a stream area. After that, the route continues through Hani Gaon village and into Marsyangdi Valley with its winding steep trails. You'll pass through Syange following the river downstream, then descend to reach Jagat village for the night.

Jagat to Dharapani
Trekking from Dharapani takes you through dense forest where wildlife occasionally appears. The path passes through Chamje, crosses a suspension bridge to Sattale, then climbs past Tal and Karte villages. Another river bridge crossing comes before the final uphill section to Dharapani where you'll stay the night.

- Day 7
Dharapani to Chame
Today's trek follows forested trails with pine, fir, and maple trees alongside the Marsyangdi river. You'll reach Chame, the regional headquarters for Manang, where mountain views include Mt Manaslu, Annapurna, and surrounding peaks. The village has traditional stone houses and basic teahouses scattered throughout.

Chame to Pisang
The trek moves through a steep valley with refreshing views of peaks and mountain landscapes all around. This is a more comfortable trekking day that brings you to Pisang village. From there you can see Pisang Peak along with Annapurna and Annapurna II mountains rising in the distance.

Pisang to Manang
Trekking through Upper Pisang offers more views of major peaks including Gangapurna, Tilicho, Annapurna, and Pisang Peak. You'll walk across Geru and notice the air getting thinner as you reach Manang by evening. Several ancient monasteries dot the route, and the village itself has cafes, bakeries, and teahouses to check out.

- Day 10
Acclimatization Day in Manang
Today is a rest day for acclimatization before going higher up the mountain. Spend time exploring Manang village and the surrounding areas. There's a day hike available to nearby Gangapurna Lake for lake views and mountain watching. In the afternoon, visit the Himalayan Rescue Association to get information about mountain sickness and prevention.

Manang to Yak Kharka
You'll start ascending to higher altitudes by trekking upward through Tenki Village in the Marshyangdi Valley. The terrain includes plain pastures and juniper trees before crossing the Gunsan river using a wooden bridge. The day ends at Yak Kharka, a high pasture land where yaks graze and the landscape opens up.

Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi
Trekking from Yak Kharka leads to Thorong Phedi, the base camp for Thorong La Pass. The route ascends a ridge to the northern side, crosses the Marsyangdi River over a bridge, goes up again, then descends to Thorong Phedi. The rugged high-altitude landscape surrounding this area is quite stark and isolated.

- Day 13
Thorong La Pass Crossing
This is the trek's highlight as you scale Thorong La Pass at 5,416m. Starting from Thorong Phedi requires patience and determination with low oxygen levels throughout the ascent. You'll reach the summit with prayer flags and stone stacks marking the top, enjoy incredible mountain views across the range, then descend to Muktinath at 3,760m, a major pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists.

Muktinath to Marpha
You start with an early morning visit to Muktinath Temple before heading out. The trek then follows the Kali Gandaki riverbed between lush hills. By noon you'll reach Jomsoom, one of the region's most famous stops, and take lunch there. After lunch, continue on to Marpha, a beautiful Himalayan village with narrow alleys, cafes, and rich cultural experiences to explore.

Landmarks Muktinath Temple - Day 15
Marpha to Ghasa
From Marpha the path winds upward toward Ghasa. You'll leave the village terraces behind and walk along the riverside. The day includes passing through Tukuche, a village with a large gompa, and Larjung, with mountain views throughout. Before reaching Ghasa, you'll walk through the forest of Kalopani to end the day's trek.

Ghasa to Tatopani
Today's trek from Ghasa to Tatopani follows a beautiful and calm trail and takes about 5 to 6 hours. Tatopani sits beside the Kali Gandaki River and is known for its healing hot springs. After trekking all day, you can refuel your body and soothe sore muscles by taking a dip in the therapeutic hot spring water.

Tatopani to Ghorepani
Trekking upward from Tatopani to Ghorepani involves significant uphill climbs throughout the day. You'll pass through traditional settlements of Sikha and Chitra with their rice terraces surrounding the villages. After 6 to 7 hours of trekking, you'll reach Ghorepani village which offers unbelievable mountain views from multiple vantage points.

Poon Hill Sunrise and Trek to Tikhe Dhunga
You'll hike up to Poon Hill at 3,210m very early to catch the sunrise and see the mountain panorama. From this spot, the entire Annapurna Region and its mountains spread out before you. After returning to Ghorepani for breakfast, you trek downhill to Tikhe Dhunga by evening, descending through varied terrain and forest areas.

Tikhedhunga to Pokhara
The trek continues from Tikhedhunga through terraces, villages, waterfalls, and bridges, taking 4 to 5 hours to reach the village. You'll take a break and have lunch there. Afterward, a jeep transfer from Nayapul to Pokhara takes about 1 hour, and you'll spend the evening exploring Pokhara town.

Pokhara to Kathmandu

Trek arrangements get finalized once you arrive. The team will celebrate with a farewell dinner, and you'll stay overnight in Kathmandu.
