Panama City
You'll arrive at Tocumen International Airport and head to your hotel by transfer. After settling in, the afternoon and evening are open for you to relax or wander around Costa del Este, an upscale neighborhood with high-end shops and dining options.

- Day 2
Panama City
This morning starts with a tour of Panama City's main landmarks. You'll see the Amador Causeway with its scenic views, then visit the Bridge of the Americas and Casco Viejo to check out museums and historic churches. Later, head to Miraflores Locks where you can use the observation deck and IMAX theater. Before returning to your hotel in the evening, you'll also see the ruins of Panama Viejo.

- Day 3
Panama City
An early departure from Flamenco Marina gets you on the water for a 6-hour canal cruise. You'll pass through Miraflores Locks and Pedro Miguel Locks while traveling above sea level, with a bilingual guide providing commentary throughout. The route takes you under the Bridge of the Americas and Centennial Bridge, through Miraflores Lake, and ends at Gamboa Dredging Division before you return to the hotel.

Panama City to Bocas del Toro
A one-hour flight brings you to Bocas del Toro, where your driver meets you and transfers you to the hotel. After lunch, you'll have time to explore on your own. The area has six forest islands with popular beaches like Starfish Beach and Red Frog Beach that you can visit if interested.

Bocas del Toro
Start the morning at Dolphin Bay to watch dolphins, then boat over to Coral Cay for snorkeling in clear water surrounded by colorful fish (equipment is provided). In the afternoon, you'll head to Red Frog Beach on Isla Bastimentos where you can spend time sunbathing or trying surfing. Return to your hotel by late afternoon.

Bocas del Toro to Boquete
A boat takes you to visit an indigenous community such as the Ngobe, Naso, or Bri Bri people to learn about traditional culture, daily life, medicinal plants, and local wildlife. After lunch, you'll travel by boat to Almirante Marina (about 30 minutes), then drive roughly 3.5 hours and 115 miles to Boquete. Check in once you arrive.
