All the sites were amazing! We felt safe in the cities and the food was soooo good! We had the same driver the entire time in Jordan, Ghassan, and he was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. In Egypt, there is just so much to see! Take the optional tours, they are worth it. The night on the Felucca boat was beautiful, the hosts were splendid and it was New Year’s Eve, so we docked with a few other travelers from different countries, had a fire and listened to Nubian singers that stopped by. Wonderful trip and recommended!

We booked a round trip in Egypt with a small group. The advantages of a small group are obvious - you can see a lot in a short time. However, when we realized on the first day that there were only two of us, it was a bit strange. Nevertheless, we felt privileged because we were traveling privately, so to speak, and had not been attached to another tour. There are some tour operators who only organize trips with a minimum number of guests. This is definitely not the case here. A great service, thank you very much. Communication about the next destinations with the tour operator in Egypt went smoothly via WhatsApp and we always received prompt answers to our questions. The hotels were impeccable, although they were rather empty this spring, except in Hurghada. This may be due to the geopolitical situation in the region. As a tourist in the country, however, you don't notice any of this. The tour guides were all great. They provided us with competent information, were very friendly and pointed out details that we would otherwise have overlooked. We had an unpleasant incident in Aswan, which the tour operator resolved for us within a few hours. In Aswan, we were offered additional optional excursions that were not in the program and I was very surprised at the high prices. I asked the tour guide for cheaper options for Abu Simbel and he said they were already cheap options. I thought about what we would get for it in our home country and booked these additional excursions directly at the hotel. We were very happy with the service and the lower price. Before we left, I printed out the itinerary and other documents so I knew when we would be where and what we had booked in detail and what we could expect. We were flexible when the tour didn't quite go to plan. For example, we had booked two days on the Felucca, but after one day we moved on by car. The tour guide in Cairo showed us a little more than planned and so "compensated" us a little. All in all, we are very satisfied. Many thanks to everyone. It was a great travel experience.
