The designated cruise boat chosen was fantastic. We cruised on the MS Nile Palace which had good facilities and lovely staff on board. My room was clean and modern with a nice large panoramic window. Our tour guide Ahmed did a wonderful job and managed our group well. He was very informative, did regular head counts of our group and gave us free time at each site where possible. There were so many tourists at each site so sometimes it was hard to hear him speaking and explaining about the history amongst the sound of so many surrounding tourists. Ahmed was friendly and approachable with any questions. Overall, I would use this Tour Provider again. It was my 2nd time to Egypt, and cruising The Nile was just fabulous. I travelled solo mostly in Egypt and was happy to have joined up with this tour and met some lovely and interesting people from other parts of the world in my group. First of all I would like to know if I can add a visit to Medinet Habu (Temple of Ramses III) to the cruise? Secondly, I am wondering where we can leave our backpacks/stuff on the last day after checking out, because we still will visit Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut.

A visit to Medinet Habu (Temple of Ramses III) unfortunately cannot be added to the same day as the regular West Bank tour. However, we can arrange it separately on another day for you. On the last day, you will first visit the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut. After the tour, you will return to the boat to collect your luggage and belongings.

We will not be able to issue a guarantee letter. You can simply arrive at Cairo Airport and purchase a visa from the kiosks located in the arrival terminal. The process is very straightforward, and immigration officers will not ask for a guarantee letter if you already have an online visa or purchase the visa upon arrival. The most important thing is to ensure you purchase the visa for USD 25 and submit your accommodation details if applying online.

Your tour will be with an English-speaking guide, as we already have a lovely group traveling on the same day. Triple cabins are available on the booking page, but please note they're designed for two adults and one child. If your family is three adults, we recommend booking one double cabin and one single cabin for extra comfort—this option is also available on the booking page.
