Also all excursions should have been included with the package such as the boat tour on the Seine. Last year we traveled to Scotland and Ireland with CIE Tours and it was all inclusive. The only 4 star hotel was in Lucerne and the Pullman hotel is not a 5 star hotel. She also showed care for all of the passengers. I appreciated her assistance with getting on and off the bus. Kassie also gave us information about places to eat and where to find toilets. All the hotels were fantastic with the exception of the hotel we used in Germany, the staff were rude and abrupt to our Tour Director who was polite and professional in his dealings with staff. Although the hotel in Germany was pleasant and comfortable the customer service could do with some attention. Asked on August 5th, 2024When traveling on Christmas day - is special consideration made due to places being closed? Special meals etc?
TrafalgarOperator•Written August 2024When traveling over holidays such as Christmas and New Year's, we do our best to plan so that you won't miss anything. Many main sites remain open during holidays or have hours that allow us to adjust the itinerary accordingly. We will move things around on the days to make it work so our guests miss nothing. If an inclusion is not possible due to closures, we will replace it for the guest with another experience of equal or better value. Christmas Day and New Years Eve – Festive meals are included on these special days at no extra cost.
