Zanzibar
You'll land at Zanzibar airport and get transferred to your resort. After settling in, spend the afternoon however you like - grab drinks at the Jetty Bar, sunbathe on the beach, take a swim in the ocean or pool, or if you're interested, book one of the optional excursions to explore the island.

Zanzibar to Selous
After an early breakfast, you're heading out on a bush plane to Selous. Once you arrive, you'll spend the full day on a game drive through Selous Game Reserve, now called Nyerere National Park. This is one of Africa's largest wilderness areas with over 350 bird and reptile species to spot. You'll stay the night at Africa Safari Selous.

Selous
Following breakfast, your guide takes you out on a bush walk to learn more about the landscape and wildlife around you. Later in the day, you'll switch things up with a boat safari on the Rufiji River, which gives you a different angle for spotting animals. Another night at Africa Safari Selous.

Selous to Zanzibar
After breakfast, you'll head to the airstrip and fly back to Zanzibar Airport. Your driver picks you up and brings you back to your resort. Over the next few days, you can relax by the ocean or arrange optional excursions to check out more of the island.

Zanzibar Departure
