Itinerary
- Day 1
Santa Cruz to Sucre
You'll fly from Santa Cruz to Sucre and settle into your hotel. From there, take a city tour through the historical center, then head to the ASUR Museum to see indigenous art on display. Before wrapping up the day, you'll visit La Casa de La Libertad, the significant building where Bolivia's Declaration of Independence was signed.

Piscili - Tarabuco
Private transport takes you out to Tarabuco with a stop in the community of Piscili. Master weavers there will show you traditional textile techniques and talk about the meaning behind their designs. After lunch with fresh local ingredients and learning about local farming, you'll head back to Sucre by evening.

Sucre to Potosí to Uyuni
Transfer to Potosí and check out Casa de la Moneda, an important museum where colonial coins were made. You'll walk through the historic center with its colonial buildings, then drive about 4 hours through ochre mountains and green valleys to reach Uyuni by the end of the day.

- Day 4
Uyuni Salt Flats
Early morning start in a 4x4 into the salt flats. You'll see the Train Cemetery with old locomotives, walk through Colchani village where salt gets processed by hand, and tour a salt plant. Incahuasi Island comes next with giant cacti and rock formations, plus views of Tunupa Volcano. Lunch happens out on the flats, and you'll visit Playa Blanca hotel-museum, the Dakar monument, and Flag Plaza before watching the sunset with an aperitif. Dinner and overnight in San Juan.

- Day 5
San Juan to High-Altitude Lagoons and Siloli Desert
You'll travel through desert landscapes to see high-altitude lagoons: Laguna Honda, Laguna Ramadita, and Laguna Hedionda, each with different colors and character. The Siloli Desert crossing shows you rock formations including the well-known Stone Tree. The day finishes at Laguna Colorada, a red-tinted lagoon where Andean flamingos hang out in groups.

Huayllajara to Uyuni
Early start to explore geysers and boiling water pools, then relax in thermal springs with nice views around you. You'll see the Green Lagoon at the foot of Licancabur Volcano, known for its shifting colors. Stop at the Dalí Desert with its unusual hills, then head back to Uyuni to catch the overnight bus to La Paz.

- Day 7
La Paz
Pick up from the La Paz bus terminal and get to your hotel. After breakfast, take a short 15 to 20 minute walk through Moon Valley, a geological formation that looks like a lunar landscape. Ride the Yellow Line cable car and connect with the Silver and Red Lines for city views, ending at Central Station. Then walk to Plaza Murillo to see Bolivia's main political buildings like the Government Palace. Stop by the famous Witches' Market for traditional amulets and local items. You'll have the rest of the afternoon free back at your hotel.

- Day 8
La Paz to Tiwanaku to Tuni
Head out to the pre-Incan site of Tiwanaku and explore the ruins from the Tiwanakota civilization. You'll see the Sun Gate, different monoliths, and the Kalasasaya, Akapana, and Semi-Subterranean temples. After lunch, continue to Tuni village at the base of Cordillera Real where local families will welcome you. Later, a music group from Chunawi village joins for a traditional Andean gathering with dancing and stories around the fire.

- Day 9
Condoriri Massif
Start with a traditional breakfast of buñuelos and api, then go with llamas and alpacas to their pastures. Hike for a few hours toward Condoriri massif with your guide showing you medicinal and nutritional plants the Aymaras use. Depending on fitness level and time, you may visit an active tin mine at over 4500m altitude. Return to Tuni for the night.

Copacabana
Learn weaving techniques from local families in the village. Enjoy your last meal with the Aymara people who've shared their life with you during your stay. Then head to Lake Titicaca and arrive in Copacabana for the night.

- Day 11
Copacabana to Isla del Sol
Boat departure in the morning to Isla del Sol with impressive Lake Titicaca views around you. Climb the stairs of Yumani to reach the Fountain of Youth for a purifying dip in the sacred water. Have an aphtapi lunch, the typical local meal. After eating, hike to the island's top to watch the sunset.

Isla del Sol to Copacabana to La Paz
Take a leisurely walk to see the archaeological remains of Pilkokaina, an Inca religious center. Return to Copacabana and visit the Sanctuary of the Virgen Maria Morena, the Virgin of Candelaria. She's considered Bolivia's only indigenous virgin with a face carved by Tito Yupanqui showing Inca features. Have lunch and return to La Paz.
