Athens
You'll arrive in Athens and head straight to your hotel to get settled. The rest of your day is yours to spend however you like, whether that's taking it easy at the hotel or walking around and getting a feel for the city streets. Depending on when you land, lunch or dinner might be arranged for you.

Athens to Corinth
This morning you'll start with an Athens city tour, visiting the Acropolis and Parthenon, both UNESCO monuments that showcase ancient Greek architecture and culture. The Acropolis Museum is next, where you can see archaeological artifacts from the site. After that, you'll transfer to Corinth for the night.

Corinth to Nafplio
Begin by exploring ancient Corinth, which was once one of the wealthiest cities in the ancient world. Later you'll head to the Corinthian Wine Route where two wineries await for tastings of local and international wines, with focus on Agiorgitiko reds from Nemea, Greece's largest red wine region. By evening you'll arrive in Nafplio, the first capital of Greece.

Nafplio
You'll visit Mycenae, a major hub of ancient Greek civilization and military stronghold. There's the vaulted tomb of Atreus, the Lions Gate, the Royal Palace, and the Underground Tank to explore. After that, a local winery visit along the Argolida wine road gives you more tasting opportunities. Then you'll see the Theater of Epidaurus and the Asklepieion sanctuary before returning to Nafplio for the evening.

Nafplio to Sparta
Head into Arcadia to visit the Kapsia Cave, one of Greece's 10 most valuable caves, where you can see natural colors and the famous 'Hall of the Wonders.' From there, follow the Arcadia wine route, stopping at two wineries that focus on Moschofilero, a key white Greek variety from the Mantineia region. You'll transfer to Sparta for the night.

Sparta to Gythio
In Sparta, check out the Museum of Olive Oil and Greek Olive Oil to learn about olive cultivation from prehistoric times through the 20th century, including rare fossil olive leaves that are 50,000 to 60,000 years old. Next, tour the Castle of Mystras, perched on the Taygetos slopes, for a look at Byzantine history. After a winery visit along the Laconia wine road, you'll head to Gythio for the night.

Gythio to Pylos
You'll visit the chapel of Aghia Theodora, known for the 17 trees growing out of its roof, a record-holding phenomenon in the Guinness Book of World Records. Later, explore the wine streets of Messinia, a region with ancient winemaking roots mentioned by Homer himself. A winery visit and tasting happens before you continue on to scenic Pylos.

Pylos to Olympia
Spend time at the castle of Pylos and take a walk along its historic bastions. Then follow the wine road of Ilia, visiting a local winery where you'll learn about how wines are made in this region. By late afternoon, you'll transfer to Olympia for the night.

Olympia to Athens
This day is dedicated to the archaeological site of Olympia, where the Olympic Games started and where Greeks worshipped at the most important sanctuary dedicated to Zeus. It's a UNESCO cultural monument representing the most significant celebration in ancient Greek history. After exploring, you'll return to Athens and enjoy an evening gastronomic tour, discovering the flavors and tastes that make the Greek capital's food scene special.
