This Mardi Himal Trek a Moderate level. Our experience will encourage to reach up to the top. You will need some basic exercise or jugging and running few months before the trek start. If you have insurance evacuation by heli will be better. Normally we dont get hurt easily only chances is altitude sickness guide will have medicine and handle the situation.

They are 7 people and they have only 3 porters which is not enough and they said they will manage it. I think you will need 1 separate porter for you and cost US$ 200.
