- Menachem· September 25th, 2025Victoria Falls was great but only because I purchased an extra visit to the Devil's pool and to a cruise on the zambezi. TourRadar provided nothing but tent lodging. It was a safari only for 3 days when we did game drives and saw the animals. Majority of time were very long drives on very bad dirt roads with horrendous traffic jams. I still enjoyed this unique and demanding experience which I was able to handle even at my age of 86.Show more

However, please note that optional activities, such as additional tours or experiences not listed in the standard itinerary, are not included. These optional activities will need to be booked on the ground and will come with additional costs.

Asked on July 23rd, 2024I had an overland tour booked recently that I just found out they cancelled. This itinerary is similar and would work within my dates but I have a flight out of Nairobi booked on November 9th (last day of the tour) to Madagascar. The flight departs at 12:15 pm. If I were to book this tour, what is the possibility of making this flight?

We typically depart at 9am and start our journey to Nairobi. We do not recommend booking any flights out of Nairobi on that last day until after 8pm. Sometimes the boarder crossing can take longer than expected so, catching at flight at 12:15 is not likely. Alternatively, you could end in Arusha but we don't recommend booking flights out of Arusha until after 1pm.
