From the accommodations to the guides, everything was great and we really had a great time visiting every place. We especially liked Transylvania and Kotor and we are planning to go again this year. The guys from Ajdinis were also so kind, they replied really fast on every question we had before booking the tour and the communication throughout the tour was nonstop. - Leah· August 3rd, 2024It was very disorganized and not at all the tour we expected. We essentially travelled on our own while Ajdinis found last minute drivers to transport us to the different cities (up to 8 hours of driving per day) who spoke little to no English. We thought we would have a consistent tour guide from Ajdinis the entire journey while taking part in local tours but instead they subcontracted the tour to other tour companies for half day tours which we often had to pay additional fees for. We also stayed in some run down hotels including one Super 8 with stained sheets. One of our drivers was not confirmed until 1am the night before and on the drive the driver took us to a parking lot to exchange cash with an unknown person. They also did not have tour paperwork for the borders so instead told the border police that we were their friends. As two women we did not feel safe on this tour and we were surprised that we did not meet any Adjinis tour guide or even know the names of those we corresponded with. One of our local guides was wonderful (which was a relief 4 days into the trip), so this is not a review of them but of the Adjinis tour company. One final note is that the airport transports are noted in the itinerary but upon requesting them, Adjinis said they were not included and we would have to pay an additional 60 euros (an Uber was 15-20 euros).Show moreAjdinis commented on this reviewDear Leah, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Sedans are deployed for smaller groups of up to 3 people, while minivans accommodate groups of up to 8 individuals. For larger groups exceeding 8 passengers, we rely on Sprinter vans. All they are with A.C. All hotels is 4 stars.
