We were surprised when we got dropped off to wonder for several hours without previous warning. My only complaint is that we were not allowed to use the bathroom on the bus. We picked this tour over others because it clearly offered a bathroom on the bus. Very uncomfortable & limited coffee in the morning. The other issue was handling our own luggage. For cancellation policy, please see below applicable fees depending on the number of days left prior to departure from the date of request: 30 days before departure - 50% cancellation fee, 29 days - 2 days before departure - 80% cancellation fee, 1 day before or day of departure - 100% cancellation fee. There is a 'Last Minute Deal' promo applicable as of this writing which is less USD 393.75 per person. The other discount we can offer is if you are a past traveller of any of our tour brands such as Costsaver, Trafalgar, Contiki, Luxury Gold and Insight Vacations. This past guest discount is less 5%.
