Then my airport transfer on the last day was a no show and I have gotten no refund because “the operations team said you took the transfer and they got no tip.” Won’t use this company again. It would be helpful for small town maps to be handed out the day prior or whilst driving, so that you could plan your visit to maximise time and see the most important highlights. The Local Specialists were knowledgeable and gave us a heap of information. Overall the tour was very good. Some of the hotels need to be changed, or for rooms & included meals, to be reviewed & improved.
