Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Tsavo West National Park
The day starts with a pickup from your hotel or airport, then it's a drive along the Nairobi-Mombasa Road heading toward Tsavo West National Park. You'll stop in Mtito Andei and Voi town along the way, breaking up the journey a bit. By lunchtime you're settling into the lodge. After eating, head out to the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary where you can see endangered black rhinos up close. Later in the afternoon, a game drive takes you through the park where buffalos, elephants, lions, cheetahs, and giraffes are roaming around. Back at the lodge by evening for dinner.

- Day 2
Tsavo West National Park and Taita Hills Game Sanctuary
Start early with breakfast, then spend the full day doing game drives through Tsavo West and into the Taita Hills Game Sanctuary. A picnic lunch happens while you're out viewing wildlife. Salt Lick Lodge has those raised rooms that overlook a water hole, giving you a different perspective on the animals gathering there. As afternoon arrives, head out for an evening game drive around Mzima Springs where lions, buffalos, elephants, and other wildlife come through. Return to the lodge for dinner after a full day of searching for animals.

Taita Hills to Nairobi
Have breakfast and pack up to start the return trip to Nairobi. Lunch is served somewhere along the route back. You'll arrive in the late afternoon and get dropped off at your hotel or airport. If you're interested in extending your trip, there's an option to head to a beach resort along the Indian Ocean instead, though that costs extra.
