Itinerary

Greenland
You'll arrive in Greenland and get picked up at the airport, then head out on a RIB boat to Narsaq, a small southern city with around 1,500 residents. Once you reach Narsaq, you'll get your equipment sorted and ready for the expedition ahead. The night is spent in a hostel so you can rest up before things get started.

Tugtutoq Island - Qaleraliq Fjord - Ice Cap
After meeting your guide, you'll receive a technical briefing on your kayaking and trekking gear to make sure you're prepared. The day kicks off with kayaking through low-slung islands where you'll see waterfalls and icebergs, then trek to nearby slopes and visit a local fisherman's hut. You'll paddle through Ikerssuaq Fjord toward Qaleraliq glacier and its three glacier tongues, then trek onto the ice cap itself to experience crevasses and ice formations firsthand. Nights are spent in tents while you explore fjords and glacial terrain. Keep an eye out for whales, caribou, and Northern Lights (visible from early August onward), and you'll have chances to fish for arctic salmon or gather mushrooms and cranberries.

Narsaq
You'll paddle back to Narsaq through waters where ringed seals hang out, though dense ice may slow your kayak or block certain routes. Along the way, you can visit some Inuit ruins. By afternoon you'll arrive back in Narsaq by kayak, collect your gear, and say goodbye to your guide before heading to the hostel for another night.

Landmarks/POIs Inuit Ruins - Day 11
Qaqortoq
A RIB boat takes you to Qaqortoq, South Greenland's capital city, where you'll walk through the charming town with its colorful buildings and rock sculpture designs. You can visit the museum, fur shops, the traditional kayak club, and the church on your own schedule. After lunch at one of the local restaurants, check out the country's only fountain. Then it's time to head to the airport and fly from Qaqortoq to Keflavik.
