You'll spend the afternoon exploring the limestone islands scattered throughout the emerald-colored bay. In My Tho, you'll stop at a bee farm to try honey tea and exotic fruit, then take a sampan ride past mangrove palms. Lunch happens on board. Later, you'll reach Vinh Long in the Mekong Delta to tour a brick and pottery factory and learn about puffed rice, rice-paper wrappers, and rice alcohol production.
