- EDELWINA· March 23rd, 2024The tour was organized , hotels are great but wifi is an issue ( in the rooms), food is great. The tour guide is excellent ( Karun ) and Vijay was helpful esp when we had the optional tour , backstreet tours . But there’s one problem with picture taking , we had several pictures taken in Agra but I didn’t know that we had to pay for all the pictures . Some shots were horrible !Show more
- Myounghee· March 7th, 2024Overall good. Hotel was not nice as the photos in the brochure. There were three or four stops for shopping, which took very long time. The shopping should be included in the brochure. After 7 days (Delhi, Agra and Jaipur), three people including myself went to Shimla, which was also fun. The travelling times between cities were long, which was very tiring yet inevitable because of the size of Inida. Again, it was a good experience although I mentioned some negative sides.Show more

Asked on April 25th, 2025Looking to book a tour Ranthambore NP for my family. We are looking for a 2-3 night tour down from new delhi. Ideally all staying in one room or lodge etc (2 adults 8 year old and 1 year old). Given the one year old age we would prefer to travel down by train rather than a 5-6 hour drive. Hoping to do a few safaris but it would only be 1 adult an the 8 year old on each and we would hope to rotate the adult out to look after the baby at the hotel. Ideally the hotel would be family friendly with a pool and other options for entertainment with a 18 month year old.
- On The Go ToursOperator•Written April 2025
While we understand that the infant would not be participating in the tour activities, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under the minimum age requirement of 5 years old. This policy is in place primarily due to the remote nature of the areas visited, where access to immediate medical services (specifically emergency pediatric care) may be limited. The safety and well-being of all our travelers is our top priority, and we must adhere to these guidelines strictly.

Asked on March 12th, 2025Would October or February be better for tiger sightings in Ranthambore and what would the temperature be like at those times? Which month would be quieter and better weather at the Taj Mahal? Would we need to go back to Delhi to go the Taj Mahal?
- On The Go ToursOperator•Written March 2025
February is generally better for tiger sightings. The vegetation is drier and sparser, making it easier to spot wildlife. October: Warm, with highs around 35°C and lows around 20°C. The park has lush greenery after the monsoon. February: Pleasant, with highs around 25-30°C and lows around 10-15°C. It's cooler and more comfortable for safaris. February is better than October for Taj Mahal. The weather is cooler, and it's outside the peak tourist season. To avoid crowds, visit early in the morning on a weekday. You don't have to return to Delhi, but it depends on your itinerary. The Taj Mahal is in Agra, which is around 3-4 hours by car or train from Delhi.

Traveler•Written May 2025Just wondering if we would have to take Malaria tablets if we are visiting Ranthambore and Agra?
- On The Go ToursOperator•Written May 2025
Malaria is present in India so it is up to you if you'd like to take Malaria Tablets. Best to visit a travel clinic and discuss your options with them prior to travel.

Asked on January 3rd, 2025How many people can be in the group, there will be either 4 or 5 of us?
- On The Go ToursOperator•Written January 2025
As we have a daily departure of the Ranthambore NP - 4 days tour most likely only your group will be traveling on this tour but please note that the game drives are based on shared jeep or Canter, so for this part, you will be sharing the car with minimum 6 and maximum 20 people.

Traveler•Written February 2025What would the weather be like in October for this trip.
- On The Go ToursOperator•Written February 2025
In October, Ranthambore National Park experiences warm temperatures and minimal rainfall, making it an ideal time for wildlife viewing. Daytime Highs: Average around 34°C (93°F). Nighttime Lows: Drop to approximately 20°C (68°F). Precipitation: October typically sees about 10mm of rainfall over approximately one day, indicating minimal rain during this month. The pleasant weather conditions in October make it one of the best times to visit Ranthambore National Park for wildlife sightings, including tigers.
