Hotel was fine although they told us lunch was included then after the manager said it wasn’t and they charged us 900 INT each plus tax for a buffet which we hardly ate. - KWKaren· March 19th, 2025All the arrangements worked perfectly. Our driver, Ravi, was excellent, drove safely, always on time, very friendly, provided snacks and was able to answer any questions. The hotel we stayed in was very lovely - peaceful, well run, great food and beautiful grounds to relax in. We had three safaris in canters - like open trucks. Unfortunately we didn't see any tigers, but we did see a leopard. We had been allocated Zones 1,5 & 6. Others we spoke to did see tigers and they had been allocated Zones 2,3 & 4 - I guess you need a bit of luck on your side. It would be great to have the option to upgrade to a jeep - a bit more comfortable and maybe more success with finding the tiger.Show more

No one else had booked the same dates, and it was a guaranteed departure, so I was the star. The driver picked me up in Delhi and took me to Rathambore Heritage Haveli. The hotel was great! The driver remained available to me for the entire trip, and took me to the village store when I wanted to buy facial tissues. We went on three safaris and had great tiger sightings at two of them, so very lucky! It would have been nice to have a little more info from the organiser, as we didn’t know the name of the hotel before we got there and also not who was taking us on the safaris, which made us quite nervous when the drivers were late, as we had no contact numbers. Our driver from Delhi also turned up an hour before we were told we’d get collected, which made us feel bad as he had to wait for us. But nonetheless a great experience!
