- Day 1
Rome
You'll arrive in Rome and have the day to yourself. Settle into your hotel, grab a bite, or take a walk around the neighborhood to get your bearings. It's a good chance to rest up before the group activities begin.
- Day 2
Rome to Venice
Meet your tour leader and the group this morning, then you're heading to Venice by transport. Once there, a local guide walks you through the city center, pointing out St. Mark's Square, the Grand Canal, and the Rialto Bridge. You'll grab some gelato during the walk. By evening, the city's yours to explore, with restaurants, bars, or optional gondola rides available if you're interested.

Venice to Munich via Innsbruck
Today you're traveling north through the mountains and crossing the Brenner Pass into Austria. In Innsbruck, you'll get an orientation tour with the Alps as your backdrop, plus a stop at the Swarovski shop. After that, you'll head to Munich for another orientation walk and dinner at a traditional beer hall where you can try local brews.

Munich to Rhine Valley
You're heading to the Rhine Valley where you'll board a riverboat cruise. From the deck, you'll see castles, villages, vineyards, and rolling hills as you float down one of Europe's most scenic waterways. Later, you'll visit a local wine merchant for a tasting that covers regional varieties, including eiswein.

Rhine Valley to Amsterdam
The drive takes you to the Netherlands where you'll stop at a working windmill for photos, then watch a display showing how Dutch cheese and clogs are made. After checking into your Amsterdam hotel, you'll take an evening canal cruise with an audio guide explaining the buildings and history around you. Dinner follows at a local restaurant, leaving the rest of the night open.

Amsterdam to Paris via Ghent
You're traveling to Ghent, Belgium, where the medieval city center is mostly car-free. You'll try a Belgian waffle and pick up some chocolate before heading to Paris. Once there, you'll see the major sights from the car, including the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, then join the group for dinner.

Paris
This day is completely free. You can wander Paris on your own, or sign up for the optional full-day excursion that includes macaron tasting, a lunch cruise on the Seine, a perfume shop visit, and time on the Champs-Élysées. In the evening, you might catch a show at Moulin Rouge or explore Montmartre on your own.

Paris to Swiss Alps via Burgundy

There's an optional train or gondola ride to Jungfraujoch, the highest train station in Europe, where you'll find snow, an ice palace carved into the glacier, and incredible views. If you'd rather stay lower, you can explore local villages or shop. An optional fondue dinner in the evening warms you up.

Montecatini Terme to Florence to Rome
After breakfast, you're heading to Florence for a walking tour with a local guide. You'll see the Ponte Vecchio, the replica David statue, and other Renaissance highlights. A leather and gold shop shows off local craftsmanship, and you'll have free time to explore or join an optional family-style Tuscan lunch. By evening, you're traveling back to Rome for dinner at your hotel.
