My experience with the TruTravels was amazing, it exceeded expectations and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the tour group and the leader. Considering I booked so last minute, the team made it so easy and straight forward, which I really appreciated. Despite there being times when there was miscommunication throughout the tour, it is understandable with such a large group of people that this can happen. Personally I think the itinerary was great, and there was no pressure from Luki if there were some activities that you did not want to take part in, which I really liked. In terms of improvement, there were some elements which I think could have been dealt with better, for example when members were sick it could have been taken more seriously to prevent further delay from them recovering. Again, this is down to miscommunication which is taken into consideration, and I was fortunate enough not to deal with this situation personally. Overall, the trip was amazing and I would recommend! Luki created such a positive and welcoming environment for us to enjoy the tour, and he was able to answer any questions we had at any point. I would just ensure that if you are considering a tour, just make sure you have all your documents and things with you to make situations like being sick / injured a much easier process. I had the best time! And I will be looking to join other tours in the future.
