Colombo to Negombo
You'll land at Colombo's Bandaranaike International Airport where your chauffeur guide meets you. The drive to Negombo takes around 20 minutes from there. After checking in at your hotel, the rest of your day is free to settle in and relax.

Negombo to Sigiriya
Start early and head to the bustling Negombo Fish Market to see the traditional fishing industry at work. From there, you'll drive about 5 hours to Sigiriya, home to the iconic Lion Rock, with a few brief stops along the way to stretch and take in the scenery.

Sigiriya
After breakfast, you'll explore the UNESCO-listed Sigiriya Rock Fortress with its ancient gardens, moats, and intricate network of ponds and fountains. Climbing to the summit lets you see the famous frescoes and the remarkable urban planning. Later in the afternoon, take a jeep or tuk-tuk through rural landscapes to Hiriwadunna village, crossing the lake by boat and catching the sunset if weather cooperates.

Sigiriya to Kandy

Once in Kandy, you'll catch a Kandyan cultural dance performance and take a walk to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic before the evening is yours to explore on your own.

In the afternoon, you can stroll around Kandy Lake or explore the downtown market however you like.
