- PVPaul· October 2nd, 2025The trip started off bad. The lack of communication from On The Go Tours made a small problem a major issue. Missed the transfer between hotels as we arrived a day early. That in itself was not a problem but what we didn't know, and On The Go Tours didn't tell us, is that the driver had our itinerary. I emailed On The Go Tours and was told someone would meet us on day 4 but no time was given. Late day 3 we contacted them and found out about the Itinerary and pick up the following morning at 7:20 am for ferry departure at 8:05. If we hadn't contacted them we would have missed the ferry. On day 6 we arrived in Hvar and the driver failed to meet us at the ferry pick-up, On The Go Tours basically blamed us for not ringing them to find out why. They said the driver called our mobiles but we have no record of missed calls. Once we arrived at our hotel on Day 6 in Hvar it was after midday so little options available for tours for the remainder of the day. Hvar was a wasted spot with only 18 hours spent there. Too much time spent in transfers and hotel checkin and not even a full day. Similar situation in Split, hotel was out of the main tourist and Old Town area. Probably should have missed either Hvar or Split to make it more enjoyable at one of the places instead of squeezing both in and not seeing much. On link to my On The Go page there was only my detais and Tour details but nothing about the tour for the date I was going. Same when click on tour notes there was only general tour details, nothing about the dates or times of tour i was going on.Show more

- Dan· June 9th, 2024A few miscommunication regarding pickup locations moved my rating from excellent to good.
