Sarajevo
Start by walking through Sarajevo's historical center and getting a feel for the city's layout and architecture. You'll ride the iconic funicular up the hillside, which offers nice views of the surrounding area. After that, visit the cathedral before checking into your accommodation for the night.

Sarajevo to Mostar
Begin the day at a museum in Sarajevo to learn about the region's history. From there, head out to see the Bosnian Pyramids landmark and cross the Konjic bridge. Later, continue to Mostar's historical center, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Settle in for the night once you arrive.

Mostar to Trebinje
Check out Blagaj monastery and the medieval old town of Pocitelj, both on UNESCO's Tentative List. After that, continue to the Radimlja archaeological site, which is a UNESCO World Heritage location. Explore Vjetrenica cave during the afternoon, then visit Zavala monastery before arriving in Trebinje for the night.

Trebinje
Spend your day exploring Trebinje. Visit Tvrdos monastery and take a tour of the winery there. See the Trebinje bridge and the cathedral, then head to a local winery for a different perspective on the region's wine production. You'll stay another night in Trebinje.

Travel to the coast by way of the Risan archaeological site, a UNESCO World Heritage location. Once you reach the coast, explore the charming town of Perast and then walk through Kotor's historical center. You'll arrive in Budva by evening and settle in for the night.

Budva to Shkoder
