    Passau shows off its Gothic and Italian Baroque architecture throughout the day, and you've got options for how to explore it. You can take a walking tour to see St. Stephen's Cathedral, do a guided hike up to Veste Oberhaus fortress, or go on a guided bike tour heading toward Wernstein. Pick what fits your energy level.

The other heads to Český Krumlov in the Czech mountains, where you'll walk cobblestone streets and tour the castle complex. Later, you return to Linz for the evening and explore on foot, by bike along the Cultural Mile and Danube, or head out to Greinburg Castle.

    Starting in the morning, you'll visit the 900-year-old Melk Abbey sitting on granite cliffs above the Danube, with the option to hike or bike there. After that, the afternoon focuses on Dürnstein and Spitz, where you can walk cobblestone streets, check out the Baroque church tower and historic fortress, or cycle through the local vineyards. By evening, there's an exclusive wine festival celebrating the region's wines.

You can visit St. Stephen's Cathedral or do a bike tour through the city instead. Afternoon takes you to Schönbrunn Palace with its 1,441 rooms, Baroque design, Imperial apartments, carriage museum, and expansive gardens to wander through.

If you're up for hiking, you can head up to Castle Hill instead.

For tours departing after March 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of $575 is required to confirm your booking with AmaWaterways. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
