Passau shows off its Gothic and Italian Baroque architecture throughout the day, and you've got options for how to explore it. You can take a walking tour to see St. Stephen's Cathedral, do a guided hike up to Veste Oberhaus fortress, or go on a guided bike tour heading toward Wernstein. Pick what fits your energy level.

Later, you return to Linz for the evening and explore on foot, by bike along the Cultural Mile and Danube, or head out to Greinburg Castle.

By evening, there's an exclusive wine festival celebrating the region's wines.

Afternoon takes you to Schönbrunn Palace with its 1,441 rooms, Baroque design, Imperial apartments, carriage museum, and expansive gardens to wander through.
