- Day 1
Rome
You'll land at Rome Airport and connect with your driver for the private transfer to your hotel. After settling in, the afternoon and evening are completely yours. Head out to see some of the historic sites around the city, or wander through Campo de Fiori if you're interested in shopping and street life. Via Veneto is another good option for browsing. By evening, find a restaurant and try some fresh Italian pasta somewhere local.

Rome
After breakfast at your hotel, your private guide will meet you for a walking tour through Rome's center. You'll walk past the Spanish Steps, then head to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona to see the Baroque fountains. The Pantheon is next on the route. Throughout the morning and into early afternoon, there's built-in time to stop for coffee or gelato whenever you feel like it.

Rome to Sorrento
Following breakfast, you'll head to Rome Termini train station to catch the high-speed train to Naples. Once you arrive in Naples, your driver will be waiting. From there, you'll go to Pompeii for a private guided tour of the ancient Roman city that was preserved when Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD. After exploring the ruins, transfer to Sorrento and check into your hotel for the night.

Sorrento
After breakfast, your driver takes you to a local farmhouse for a hands-on cooking class. You'll pick seasonal herbs and vegetables from the grounds, then work with an Italian chef to prepare an Italian Farm Menu from scratch, making fresh pasta and sauces. Aprons and hats are provided. Once you've finished cooking, you'll have lunch with what you've made, and then your driver brings you back to the hotel.

After breakfast, your driver will take you to Sorrento Pier where you'll board the ferry to Capri. When you arrive, another driver will be there to help with your luggage and bring you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and relax after the journey.

The walk takes you through narrow streets lined with Italian boutique shops, and you'll get sea views throughout the tour as your guide points out the most beautiful spots on the island.

Capri to Naples
After breakfast and checking out of your hotel, your driver takes you to the pier for the ferry back to Naples. From Naples Pier, a private car will transfer you directly to Naples Airport so you can continue on with your travel plans.
