Shouldn't have offered Isle of Capri. It was too early in the season. Shops weren't open & gardens weren't planted. Tour bus didn't show at the airport to return home

Some of the tour guides were hard to understand. Too much time riding on the bus. Could have skipped the pottery tour. Capri was a bust., not much open and trip there I got sick from rough water. Food not as good as expected. First hotel had water issues and our room flooded. People were very nice and knowledgeable

The size of the group was too large for my enjoyment. The emphasis on most of the stops was on shopping, which is not that important to me. The staff and accommodations were first class.

What is the mode of Transportation back to Rome!!

    Transport
    • ColletteOperatorWritten August 2025

The tour starts in Rome and ends in Naples. If what you are asking is if there is a way to get back to Rome at the end of the tour, Collette would not be the one to facilitate that, but TourRadar may have other suggestions.

    • ColletteOperatorWritten August 2025

    Asked on March 31st, 2025

Do you have a rate for those of us travelling by ourselves? There are several places where you have a few ***. What does this mean? How far in advance do we pay? How many people do you usually get on a mid-October tour? How much walking is there on this tour? in km, mi. or hours? I will not be walking the huge no. of steps (in Rome)? Hope this does not carry a penalty - just kidding!!

    Tour Details
    • ColletteOperatorWritten April 2025

The Solo travel rate for this tour is $6,499 per person; meaning compared to the Double Occupancy rate, there is a $1250 Single Supplement. Those are indicators for footnote or terms and conditions. You can make partial or full payment according to TourRadar's booking policies. Final payment is due at 90 days prior to departure. You would travel with an average of 37 people (maximum of 44). The overall activity level of this tour is a level 3. This means you're an on-the-go traveler. Walking four miles over the course of a day is very doable, as is climbing into and out of various modes of transportation.

Do you happen to have a picture of the steps leading into Pompeii?

    • ColletteOperatorWritten April 2025

The archeological site of Pompeii features a steep, ancient Roman street paved with large, slippery cobblestones, and the main street is called the Via dell'Abbondanza. Photos of the Via dell'Abbondanza are attached.
