Sonargaon
This morning you'll head to Sonargaon, which used to be Bangladesh's capital and has a lot of historical significance. You'll check out the ruins at Panam City, visit the Folk Art and Crafts Museum, and see the Goaldi Mosque to get a sense of what the city's heritage is all about. After that, you'll head back to Dhaka for the evening.

Barishal to Mongla/Khulna
Starting early, you'll spend the day on the water exploring Pirojpur, Jhalokathi, and Banaripara by boat. You'll see floating markets and watch how local communities live on the water. Later in the afternoon, you travel to Mongla or Khulna and check into your hotel there.

After exploring, you'll head back to Dhaka to check into your hotel.
