- Millie· January 4th, 2025I had Sam P as my tour leader, he made the whole experience so easy and I felt relaxed the whole time. Not only did he excel at the expectations of his job but he also became a friend during this time. He looked after all of us from the moment we met until when we said our goodbyes. He made this tour group into a family and created memories for all of us that I’m sure we will carry with us forever. Of course there were some incidents, that were no fault of Sam’s including delayed grey hounds. One in particular causing people who were participating in the scenic flight, to run straight to the transfer to the flight as the coach arrived the same time their transfer was meant to be leaving. Sam organised all of us and made sure all those people became priority in getting off the bus, while the rest of us concentrated on getting their bags and bringing them with us to the hostel. He remained collected and had control of the situation allowing us to trust him and that stated consistent through out the tour. Considering, this was sam’s first ever tour I believe he went above and beyond to make this experience for us the best he could. And he really allowed us to see the beauty of Australia.Show more
- Anonymous· January 4th, 2025The best experience of my life. This was my first tour I had ever done and it certainly will not be my last with the ultimate company. - Iva· December 23rd, 2024The three weeks were an incredible and unforgettable experience. Our tour guide, Sam, did an excellent job of ensuring we reached every destination on time. Considering it was his very first tour, everything went remarkably smoothly. Sam consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everyone could still participate in activities despite unforeseen delays, such as with a Greyhound bus. Thanks to his dedication, we were still able to make it to experiences like the scenic flight. The amazing people I met along the way also played a significant role in making this trip so memorable. The itinerary was well-planned for the three weeks, though I felt that four nights in Cairns were slightly excessive. It might have been better to spend an additional night in Byron Bay or Sydney instead. Overall, it was an extraordinary experience that I will cherish for a lifetime. I would happily travel with Ultimate Travel again!Show more
