Itinerary
- Day 1
Baltra to North Seymour
You'll arrive at Baltra Airport this morning, and after getting settled, head out to North Seymour Island in the afternoon. There you'll see Galapagos Sea Lions lounging on the rocks, Blue-footed Boobies doing their distinctive dance moves, land iguanas scattered across the terrain, and Magnificent Frigatebirds soaring overhead. It's a solid introduction to what the islands have to offer.

South Plaza to Santa Fe Island
Start your morning on South Plaza, a small but interesting island where steep cliffs are covered with Opuntia cacti. One of the largest sea lion colonies hangs out here, and you'll spot colorful land iguanas moving around. Later in the afternoon, head to Santa Fe Island where there's a scenic viewpoint cliff and a prickly pear cactus forest to walk through.

San Cristobal Island
This morning, check out the Gianni Arismendy Interpretation Center to learn about natural history, human history, and what's being done for conservation. After that, head to Lobos Island in the afternoon where sea lions hang around and you can get in the water for snorkeling. You'll see Blue-footed and Nazca Boobies from both the boat and underwater.

Española Island
Head to Gardner Bay this morning, which is a breeding site for Waved Albatrosses with white sandy beaches. There are good opportunities for diving and snorkeling if you're interested. In the afternoon, move to Suarez Point to see Blue-footed Boobies, albatrosses, and the famous blowhole where water shoots up from the rocks.

Floreana Island
You'll start at Cormorant Point this morning to see flamingos, stilts, and white-cheeked pintails near Green Beach and Four Sand Beach. Then spend the afternoon exploring Alieri Hill, which has a large flamingo lagoon and the distinctive beaches of Floreana Island. The contrast between the different beaches is worth paying attention to.

Santa Cruz Island Highlands to Baltra
Take a bus this morning from Puerto Ayora into the lush green highlands of Santa Cruz Island where you'll walk through ancient lava tubes and see the unique Scalesia tree forest. Later on, you'll transfer to Baltra Airport for your departure, so allow enough time for travel and any final stops.
