Please note that if you leave the tour early, you will be on your own in regards to arranging an earlier private transport back to San Jose from Manuel Antonio to make sure you are on time for your flight, the CEO can try and help with this while on tour, however, you will need to pay for it (no information on cost as this is not a service we book). Note that there is no refund for unused services, since this is sold as a package.

The cost of 'My Own Room' is 1549.00 EUR but this has sold out on this departure, which means we would need to request more with our local office. Unfortunately flights would be booked separately by yourself as we are unable to book these for you. You would need to fly in and out of San Jose Airport (SJO).

April 13th to April 26th also has 3 spaces left and can be confirmed right away. The request process can take about 2 to 4 business days and if we cannot confirm the space you will be refunded. We recommend waiting to book flights until the tour is confirmed.

Yes ths would work, though you would miss the welcome meeting which takes place in the starting hotel around 5pm. Joining instructions would be left for you in the hotel lobby however. An arrival transfer will be included and take you to the hotel. The group would then depart the next morning, so you have plenty of time. We can add post tour accommodation as well, no problem.
