My Tho to An Binh Island
A 75-minute van ride gets you to My Tho, where the real adventure starts. From there, you'll cycle about 25km through paved rural roads lined with exotic fruit trees and canal paths heading toward the Mekong River. Along the way, there's a stop at a local market and a few other spots worth checking out. After cycling, you'll board a private boat heading to An Binh Island for the afternoon. Once there, you can either walk around and explore or just relax at the homestay and take things easy.

An Binh Island to Can Tho
This day mixes water and land travel together. Start with a traditional Mekong Delta boat tour through the historic canals, then transition to cycling 25km through local villages. You'll see colorful buildings and have chances to meet people living in the area. Lunch involves authentic local cooking, so there's good food involved. After that, a 1.5-hour van transfer takes you to Can Tho city, wrapping up the day with your arrival there.

Can Tho to Saigon
No cycling scheduled for this one. After breakfast early in the morning, you'll take a one-hour boat ride from Can Tho to see the famous Cai Rang floating market. Once you're done at the market, a van will take you to your hotel. Then it's time to head toward Saigon with lunch happening somewhere along the route. The drive itself takes around 3 hours, so you'll have time to settle in and rest after traveling.
